Introducing a new event concept coming to the Valley – the Social Connect Business Happy Hour designed for startups and business professionals to create more meaningful connections, engage, learn from one another and support a local nonprofit happening every third Wednesday at the Three Wiseman in Scottsdale from 5pm to 8pm.

Who is this event is designed for?
* Founders and startups of their own “unique” businesses
* Business professionals, executive directors of nonprofits, C-level/C-suite executives
* Like-minded people looking to create and cultivate better working relationships

Cost: $20/person (space limited; must pre-register to ensure your spot in)

* Success over Struggle Speaker Panel where three executives/founders share their biggest fail, how they overcame it and life lessons

ASU Launch Days are signature campus outreach events held each semester to create awareness of entrepreneurship programs, resources, and opportunities available at ASU. Launch Days encourage students from all majors to live and think entrepreneurially. Look for us on the Polytechnic campus and stop by our table at Student Union for a free "Just Start" notebook and t-shirt.

What's an open Pitch? It is an opportunity to find out if you have what it takes to launch your startup idea. At open pitch, you will pitch your idea in front of real entrepreneurs that have successfully started and scaled businesses. Open pitch provides students with the opportunity to improve storytelling, gain insight from panelist that know the ins and outs of entrepreneurship and build connections that can help grow ideas into real ventures.

FRESHMEN ONLY. Devils Invent is a series of weekend-long engineering and design challenges. Participating students are encouraged to design, build, and implement innovative solutions to challenging problem statements submitted by community, industry and University partners.

Devils Invent events are targeted at students that are committed to making a difference and developing their entrepreneurial mindset. Teams will be formed during the event.

Devils Invent – Tempe events will be hosted in the Generator Labs (ECG 100) and surrounding eSpaces and 3D print lab. For the fall 2017 November event, the new Tooker House residence hall will host a freshmen-only event. Polytechnic events will be hosted in the Innovation Hub (Technology Center) and surrounding classroom spaces.
