Through a grant provided by Santander Consumer USA, Inc. Foundation, the J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute at Arizona State University in partnership with the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation will support mobile food entrepreneurs in advancing their digital capacity and generating revenue as they navigate the negative impacts of COVID-19. Fall workshops delivered by community leaders launched last week through the program Prepping to Digitize Your Food Business. Workshops continue through December 2020 and are free of charge to attendees.
