The technology-infused curriculum created by ASU’s Youth Entrepreneurship team includes augmented reality, virtual reality, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence and robotics, as well as professional development, and provides lab students with the opportunity to leverage technology, social innovation and design thinking to impact their communities. To date, the Verizon Innovative Learning Lab program has served over 180 middle and high schools across 25 states.
ASU has partnered with Verizon, since 2017, to bring emerging tech-based curriculum to students nationwide through the Verizon Innovative Learning Lab program.
The students are the most engaged they have ever been. There are three Rs in education: relevance, rigor and relationship, and the Verizon Innovative Learning Lab hist all three.
