Who: Ideal for founders who want to deepen their understanding and fine-tune the foundation of their business model to achieve product/market fit and to increase their performance in pitch competitions and other seed funding opportunities.
What: These workshops are focused on assumption/hypothesis-testing, customer-focused discovery process to gather important insights needed to maximize the impact of their venture. The sessions will discuss customer discovery,value proposition, customer segmentation and customer feedback. These workshops will be held on two consecutive Fridays via Zoom.
