Venture Devils+ Showcase
The Venture Devils+ program was designed to offer high potential Venture Devil entrepreneurs an advanced/supplemental program and a pathway for achieving true market success. This additional resource aims to assist ventures that are looking to create a specific and unique business model related to their venture, develop go-to-market strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess investor-readiness, receive important finance training and develop a strategy for scaling their businesses. The program is beginning it's 3rd iteration with a cohort for fall 2020, each cohort cycle lasting the duration of 1 ASU semester. Each cycle lasts approximately 13-15 weeks.
VD+ is led by two skilled venture mentors, both with vast experience in business and finance as well as working with early-stage ventures; Marty Levy and Stephanie Sims. Entry to the Venture Devils+ program is highly selective, and ventures are initially screened based on prior participation in a Demo Day competition in addition to being awarded funding. Stage of development, unique needs of a specific venture, potential for scalability and other factors are assessed by the Venture Devils staff alongside the dedicated venture mentors assigned to the Venture Devils+ program in order to guide the selection process. Both spring and summer cohorts allowed for 6 ventures (each) to participate.
We want to use this showcase opportunity to highlight the progress these ventures have made during their time in the Venture Devils+ program. This is a chance for current and interested future donors and stakeholders to see what some of our high performing ventures are working on and how they've refined their business model and go-to-market strategy over the last few months.
