ASU NSF I-Corps Site: Five-Week Training Program
What: Registered teams will complete a fully remote, five-week I-Corps training, which is an assumption/hypothesis-testing, customer-focused discovery process to gather important insights needed to maximize the impact of an Innovation. I-Corps affiliated teams who complete the training may be eligible to receive a $2,000 grant through the ASU NSF I-Corps Site. High-performing teams could be in a position to gain acceptance into the National I-Corps Program, which provides $50K+ grants for continued customer discovery efforts.
Who: I-Corps teams have three primary members: the entrepreneurial lead (EL), the technical lead (TL), and the I-Corps mentor (IM). All three members of the team are expected to participate fully in the I-Corps training, which provides real-world, hands-on, immersive learning about what it takes to successfully transfer knowledge into products and processes that benefit society.
When: Weekly. Every Friday at 11:00 am - 1:00 pm MST
Where: Virtual via Zoom. Details will be shared with all accepted participants in advance of the first session.
