Prepped: ASU’s new culinary training program sees competitive first round
“I’ve been in several programs and I think that this is the best,” Melendez said of Prepped [an ASU Entrepreneurship + Innovation program that caters to mobile food entrepreneurs]. “Usually when you’re in programs like that, you go to the class, you listen to the teacher, they give you paperwork with information and that’s it. This is different. These are people that are in the industry that have been there and done that.”
