Arizona State University’s highly active entrepreneurship culture is generating opportunities across the state and forging business partnerships around the globe. Entrepreneurship at ASU has the critical resources of knowledge and connection to rapidly generate new ventures and has helped develop 250 -300 new businesses to date.

ASU connects investors to the region’s most promising ventures
Invest Southwest is an annual capital conference designed to bring investors and Arizona businesses together. This event is sponsored by ASU Technopolis and provides an excellent opportunity for accredited investors to review quality companies. The companies seeking capital are rigorously screened by a panel of investors and venture capitalists from across the southwest. View event details

ASU Technopolis provides many training and funding opportunities to create new enterprise, educating coaching and connecting innovators and entrepreneurs, then providing access to its ever-growing investor network. ASU Technopolis puts on free preparatory workshops to educate companies on the ins and outs of garnering capital and instructs companies on the proper way to seek funding and helps to maximize the best a company has to offer.

The Arizona Angels Venture Group, Inc., in partnership with ASU Technopolis and Invest Southwest, is a group of accredited investors who invest primarily in Arizona-based early-stage and developing-growth companies. The mission of the Arizona Angels is to be a catalyst and communication channel for investment opportunities for its members while contributing to the economic development of the region.

Arizona Technology Investor Forum
ASU has formed a partnership to facilitate access to capital, talent, technology and resources needed to build successful ventures. The objective of this group is to focus resources toward providing a constant deal flow stream of early-stage technology ventures.

Advanced Technology Innovation Center
Provides engineering, design and product development services to entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized enterprises who have a solid, innovative product idea. Empowers entrepreneurs in the greater Phoenix area to make use of ASU assets and take their innovations from paper to prototype.
