FAVE Bags Arizona State University Student Entrepreneur
Aaron Redman, a recent ASU alum, talks with El Salvadoran women about FAVE Bags, a startup company Redman created as an ASU student. Redman won a $2,000 Innovation Challenge grant to help launch this venture.

When laborers in rural El Salvador can find work, they might hope to earn $3-$5 in a factory position, taking home an average of $3.50 per day after paying for transportation to and from the factory; adding to these less than optimal work conditions, many factory workers are forced to be away from home 12 hours each day, creating immense stresses on family and community, even if the money is en
