ASU's Expert Network consists of experienced entrepreneurs, business leaders or nonprofit executives who can provide expert assistance with planned or established ventures. The Expert Network at ASU pulls together a select group of entrepreneurs and industry experts who augment the existing on-campus entrepreneurship programs by providing program leaders with additional expertise and resources to serve ASU students and the overall Greater Metropolitan Phoenix startup community.

Derrick Mains (Arizona) - A 2010 Green Pioneer award winner Derrick Mains is a proven entrepreneur with a deep knowledge of recycling and sustainability initiatives. His experience includes the development of a number of technology platforms that improve corporate efficiency and apply principles of social learning. Derrick has extensive experience in corporate business development, sales management, traditional and cause marketing, social media, web-based lead generation, technology, licensing, finance, fund-raising, logistics and supply chain development. Derrick is currently the EVP of Business Development and Operations for YouChange (YCNG) an electronic waste company, he sits on the board of The Green Chamber, advises B100 the first environmentally friendly beverage product, writes for a number of leading environmental publications and hosts Your Triple Bottom Line Radio.

Kathy Hanrahan (Arizona) - Previous CEO/CFO Taser International. Currently CEO/Founder New Horizons Management.

Patrick Koppula (Los Angeles, CA) - Patrick Koppula was formerly a Founder and Strategic Advisor to iLike. He is the founder of FFWD, a video suggestion and sharing site that went into private beta in May 2008.
